about

there's sadly no booklet with Volume 2 :( I wanted to make one but I didn't came up with good text. But you're reading this here and this could be interpret as liner notes. I officialy declare this to be the liner notes.

In every year there's a chosen day where I release an OST.

This is Volume 2 out of 3 and contains music from Episodes 5-8. I know. Episode 8. I actually rescored the all time fan-favorit "I Robot You Jane". I still can't believe it. Christophe Beck scored lame episodes like "Hush" and "Restless". HOLD MY BEER. I scored peak Buffy Episodes like "Teacher's Pet" and "I Robot You Jane". I'm Jacked In.

This beautiful arranged and sequenced album also contains music from the Episode "Never Kill A Kill On The First Kill". Like the opening two-part and the Episode "Angel" this one makes use of my Vampire template wich features metallic percussion, Trumpets and Tubular Bells to enhance the Gothic-nes of the Vampires and the first Season.

"The Pack" is the episode where some teens eat the Principal. The music that plays during that moment is on this OST. Oh, and I wrote a love theme for Willow and Xander. Well... it's more a "Willow loves Xander but he doesn't love her and he's also possessed by a hyena" theme but thats a too long title.

"Angel"... where do I start? OF CAUSE! At the beginning! The Episode begins with "the three". None of the "the three" music is on this album. So no need to write about them or their music. But worth writing about is the sheer amount of music shamelessly copied from Buffy Season 2 and Buffy's spin-of show "Angel". Cool stuff. If you're sad that "Angel" (the show) did not had a proper (more than one cd) score release, I can proudly say that one unreleased Angel Season 1 Episode 1 cue is hidden in "Final Confrontation". Not so hidden are all the "Darla's Theme" appearances. A lot of them are on this OST but also a lot are not. On top of all that I also wrote new music for "Angel" (the episode). The track "Buffy Prepares" is my favorite. "You're Not One Of Them" at 00:43 is cool as well.

"I, Robot... You, Jane" certainly is an episode. I'm jacked in.

Tracks 01-03: "Never Kill A Boy On The First Date"
Tracks 04-08: "The Pack"
Tracks 09-13: "Angel"
Tracks 14-18: "I, Robot... You, Jane"

I did the music, mixing, mastering, composing, orchestrating, conducting, slaying and I'm jacked in

I did not take the photo of Sarah Michelle Gellar and I'm not Sarah Michelle Gellar. The foto was taken by someone else. I don't know which person took it.

A lot of Someones over at Spitfire Audio did of the library programming and they did a good job.

The sampled orchestra is actually the BBC Symphony Orchestra. They're really good at playing staccatos.

There are some other library's I used:
-The VITAL synth
-Tape Percussion
-The Addictive Keys Piano
-a lot of Spitfire LABS
